Shipping Policy

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Package, USPS Priority mail, or United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground. All expedited shipments are delivered via UPS or FedEx. If you have provided us with a valid email address we will send shipping confirmation in the form of a Delivery Confirmation Number (USPS) or a Tracking Number (UPS) or (FedEx).

UPS or FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. A street address must be provided for all UPS and FedEx orders.

Orders generally ship within 2 business days of payment receipt. This can extend up to 4 business days during period of high demand due to the on-demand nature of some products. If your order may exceed the 4 day shipping window, you will be contacted.

Choosing to have items shipped to another party releases Allyn Arms Inc of any responsibility for lost or damaged merchandise.

Allyn Arms Inc Parts does not export any products to Freight forwarders, foreign countries, or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Order Cancellation

Order Cancellations: Orders are shipped M-F by noon. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at (606)233-9447 or email contact@allynarms.com by 8am Eastern Time the next business day, to include weekends and holidays. Include the phrase “Order Cancellation” in your email subject line, and your order number and name within the email. If you’d like to leave a voicemail requesting a cancellation, please include your order number as well. If we are not given the required information, orders can still be shipped and are subject to restock fees if returned.
